She demonstrated success in driving driving International P&L corporate growth, strategic initiatives, aligning corporate governance with growth strategies, executing turnaround plans, and fostering stakeholder partnerships. She knows how to translate corporate vision and mission into division-level, regional strategy within fast-paced, complex matrix and regulated environments, ranging from public Fortune 500 to private midcap and SME companies.
She blends corporate governance, financial, legal and operational expertise at the service of company's value creation, in addition to a relentless talent to build strong relationships with every stakeholder at all levels, which makes a difference on the company and boards that she serves.

She joined in September 2024 the pool of independent Mediators on Dispute Boards - ICC International Chamber of Commerce Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution
A decade ago, she founded Vitanlink, a private angel investment and acceleration holding dedicated to co-founding, co-investing, launching and scaling SMEs from the ground up in MedTech, HealthTech and AI SaaS IoT technology fields. She provided strategic advisory, investment, board-level leadership services to 50+ CEOs and Boards. During vitanlink's journey, she built a strong interdisciplinary& international partners’ network from research, academic to industry, accelerators (Canada Trade Agency e-Health, Eyefocus, Endeavor Global, Mobile World Foundation e-Health, EPFL Innovation..) or NGO (EU Commission PCP projects, Unesco Telemedicine.) , private equity, venture funds and single family offices to guide portfolio companies at critical inflection points at the operational or at the board level.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
As the CEO of Welch Allyn france, subsidiary of Welch Allyn Family-owned group (NYSE:BAX) and a member of the EMEA Executive Management Board, Tram orchestrated the preparation, sale and transition of an entire subsidiary into a new distribution structure, restructured operations and positioned the company for a later $2B acquisition by Hillrom then Baxter.
As an Executive EMEA Board-level member, she drove pricing strategy and operational efficiencies across EMEA, laying the groundwork for a
successful spin-off to Carlyle of the $3 Billion division. She was awarded twice in 2002 and 2005 the Johnson & Johnson standards of leadership achievement. In her early career, she was an auditor at EY in Vietnam, Cambodia and France.
She earned an MBA from McGill, an LL.M from King’s College London, an active US Certified Public Accountant license (CPA New Hampshire State Board of Accountancy), a certification in Private Company Governance from the PDA, and the Pearson Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, which equipps her with a multidisciplinary perspective on law, finance, business strategy and corporate governance. Tram, born as a French national has lived and worked in 15 cities globally and currently resides in Paris. She speaks French, English, Vietnamese and German.
